Developmental editing: .04 per word (3 week turn around for approx 100k words)
Editorial assessments: .035 per word (3 week turn around for approx 100k words)
Line editing: .025 per word (2 week turn around for approx 100k words)
Proofreading: .015 per word (2 week turnaround for 100k words)
Beta reading: .005 per word (2 week turnaround for 100k words)
Editorial assistance: .03 per word (turn around time varies)

Beta reading -$1 per 1000 words, 10 days for a standard novel.

I use EFA rates.
The timeline depends on the length of the project and the amount of work needed.
